British artist Louise Richards works mainly with acrylics on canvas to capture ethereal natural scenes, plants and flowers which can be found around her magical ancient farmhouse. Whilst her original works are kept in a private collection Louise wanted to create her own brand identity as an international artist and pave the way for a new website (shopify) integrated with prodigy for seamless and high quality print-on-demand prints. We celebrated her identity and created a classic but minimalist logo and brand kit with an editorial style to set the stage for her work. ‘Heron’ is the very first to come to print, with its elegant depiction of this silent hunter as it stalks the ponds around the old farmhouse against a backdrop of wild foxgloves and dragonflies. It is an absolute pleasure to work with Louise and her paintings - to learn the story of her art and explore the inspirational countryside from where these paintings begin.
